Don has been involved in some form of teaching
for his entire adult life: unofficially helping his peers in undergraduate school, then mentoring new graduates
once they got their first job, to formally teaching in University, and then in his many assignments and postings
through his own training company.
The one thing you will notice about Don's philosophy of teaching is that he always strives to lead by example,
to practise what he preaches, to walk his talk. And nothing can be more inspiring in the personal development field
than to follow in the footsteps of such a teacher. |
